World Vets is working to develop a community-wide spay/neuter program in Ibarra, Ecuador with PAE and the municipality of Ibarra.  The first project was a huge success with hundreds of animals and owners turning out for the event which was held at the local fire station.  We were also joined by 4 Ecuadorian veterinarians and technicians.  This project is supported by the Fondation Brigitte Bardot of Paris, France.
