Honduras

World Vets provides ongoing veterinary support to island regions of Honduras with projects in Utila and Roatan. We provide free spay and neuter services and medical consultations for companion animals. Our work also  incorporates the prevention of  zoonotic diseases by providing mass rabies vaccinations and deworming campaigns. A local school in Roatan hosts our spay and neuter efforts which also gives us a great opportunity to speak to children about responsible pet care and animal wellbeing.

Past projects also include equine work.
