Fifteen World Vets volunteers traveled to Caye Caulker Belize in August 2008 to help the animals on the island.  In the end, over 325 animals were treated with 145 spays and neuters performed.  The group worked extremely hard to accomplish so much work over a 5 day period. Surgery clinics were run every day from PAW and the dive shop.  In addition mobile clinics were operated via golf cart and boat to treat animals around the island as well as to transport pets to the clinics.  On Tuesday, a very well attended kids class was put on by World Vets volunteer teacher Daniel Gildea assisted by Alex and Sarah Sherertz.
